We finished a hike up Flattop and decided to stop in here and eat. The food was not very good. It tasted over salted and old. The fries were not even warm. This is coming from someone who was very very hungry. The service was pretty good. We overheard staff talking about how the owner told them to sell day old food and the staff was worried about it. Well, I’ve been sick at the stomach since then. We will not be going back.

Just picked up 4 roastbeef sandwiches on our lunch break and specifically asked for sauces, we ended up with 2 packets of arbys sauce and 1 packet of horsey. How is that supposed to cover 4 freaking sandwiches! Such a joke. These people act like like they’re going to go broke if they give you any sauce. I’m so sick of it. They charge so much already at least put enough to cover the sandwiches Jesus! I’m super disappointed, who wants to eat a dry sandwich, seriously Arby’s

The food is great when you can get it..sit at Drive thru on my last visit for 25 minutes and nothing so I went around to window and sit another 10 minutes just to see how long it would take someone to respond..as I was pulling away a female employee slung the window open with force and rud..they was to busy closing down to take my order and besides I wouldn’t have ordered anything at this point hard to tell what would have been done.. plus 3 visit before they didn’t have any roast beef lol..Arby’s had no roast beef..I can understand running out once but 3 time’s not…what a shame because I love there Chicken Salad and roast beef Gyros sandwich.

We stopped in for a quick dinner on our way home from Tennessee. William greeted us and was so pleasant and helpful. He dropped fresh sticks and nuggets for us and kept us up to date on the progress. We will come back to visit because of him!!!

So I went through the drive-thru two different days within a two-week time span at around I would say 7:30 to 8:00 to order the roast beef sandwiches that were on sale…4 for $10. Both trips when getting my turn to order was told that they did not have any roast beef for the night now if I’m not mistaken I think the store doesn’t close until either 9:00 or 10:00 it wasn’t until my second trip that I was advised that they just didn’t have any roast beef ready for the customers that night that they were not going to get any more ready and that they did not prepare enough that day before they opened and they were not going to start it that late at night when they were going to be closing in an hour or so. I was very put off by that answer because as a restaurant that sells basically just roast beef sandwiches how can you operate when you don’t have roast beef to put on your sandwiches??. However the gentleman on the headset was very nice and polite explaining to me the situation so I guess there’s that.

We often stop at this location while traveling to Tennessee, the employees are so friendly and the food is always hot and tasty. Today I was especially impressed by the management that helped an employee out of a childcare jam. They clearly care about the people working there. Great job!
