This Hardee’s is clean. The people are friendly. The food was high quality. The service was fast. I really enjoy their breakfasts. The biscuits beat McDonald’s biscuits. All of the food was fresh and enjoyable. The lobby person was helpful and happy. I would stop by thus quick service restaurant again in a heartbeat.

Management at this location is horrible. Connie has no idea what she is doing. They schedule on times you were supposed to have off, the system they use cheats you out of pay (they sent my entire check to taxes claiming I asked to hold 138.00 out of each check even though I know for certain I didn’t because I was only part time and would mean I never got paid) supervisor ran the whole store because nobody showed up to work, inadequate training, mad customers due to incompetence and poor training. Dirty dishes on rack that I had to reclean. The whole place is a mess both as an employee and a customer

We went to get a steak and egg biscuit. We were told that they don’t serve steak at this Hardee’s. I was very disappointed. The order was wrong and the trash was overflowing. The food we bought was fresh and good. It just wasn’t what I wanted.

I alway love Hardee’s and try to stop when I travel since there is not one close to me. Just stopped today and found out that they are getting rid of the western burger and onion rings. Ugh. No onion ring fix for me.

Asked 2 times about a senior discount as it was more than our Hardee’s in Burlington. She pointed to receipt and then I asked for receipt but she had to hang it up. When we got our food and receipt-no discount! I asked and was told they couldn’t do it now. Very sad at how people listen and do their job.

The place is clearly understaffed so I see why the orders are messed up so often and waits are standard but prices have gotten stupid high for what you get. I mean it’s just outrageous when you of think how low the pay is and that the forty five year old building should have been paid off long ago.

Yuck! Horrible food handling skills. Watched a guy (ungloved) scratch his head and self and then go back to handle the fries and sandwich ungloved. Gross! The big ham has a whopping 2 slices of ham and my chicken strips insisted off one regular size slices abba two quarter size strips. Not worth the money. The staff were also very unprofessional. The sandwich maker appeared to not want to be working and made several inappropriate comments. Poor experience!

While the food is always delicious and the service is usually prompt, the orders are seldomly accurate. I am almost always find myself returning to the store to get the correct food exchanged for whatever was given to me so much that now I ALWAYS CHECK MY ORDER/BAG THOROUGHLY before pulling away from the window.
