This is our 3rd time ordering from here, so I guess shame on us. This evening we ordered a SIMPLE cheese pizza and breadsticks. The pizza arrived with no SAUCE! How do you forget to put the sauce on the pizza? The prior time we ordered a cheese and received a meat lovers. The time before that, it was 2.5 hours for delivery and we received cold pizza. Unless you like throwing your money away, eat somewhere else. This location clearly has issues.

This location has gone downhill. The last 2 times we ordered didn’t get our sauce or was missing some sauce. Wing were tiny and mostly breading. Also don’t order extra sauce for breadsticks just go buy some pizza sauce at the store. They have raised the price to $ 0.85 and gotten smaller cups. Don’t recommend eating here find a different location or better yet get dominos it taste better and is cheaper.

I’m sorry but the time it takes to arrive is too much. Every time I wanted a stuff crust they told me that they can’t. What’s wrong with that store? The other Pizza Hut locations I go to always say there’s an extra charge for stuff crust pizza.

Ordered online for carry out, got the pizza and it smelled funny, I just had a baby and figured it was just me, got home and my partner said the same thing… the olives were bad. I called to let them know and they put me directly on hold as soon as I started to tell them without saying a word… waited on hold… nothing

I was having dinner delivered to my work so I could just go home and relax after a hectic day. The food was delivered 30 minutes late and wasn’t even warm. The delivery driver offered no apology or explanation, but did ask that I walk back into my place of work to get a pen to sign the receipt as he didn’t come prepared. I am not happy I had to stay at work 30 minutes longer waiting for cold food. So disappointing.

Watch your credit card statements for fees separate from your orders!! Thier app is an absolute mess and cause nothing but headaches!! That’s the last time I’m trying. Considering they use a call center now to order the pizza there’s zero customer service with no way to resolve issues. I wish more local places delivered so I could support them. But pizza hut will never get another dime of my $$. And they better give back what they took!!

Worst pizza hut EVER! I understand call outs and short staff, but we ordered 2 medium pizzas and wings. 4 HOURS LATER STILL NO PIZZA. My kids have been asking for pizza all night. They shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours after bedtime to get the pizza they asked for. We call 3 times and all they could tell us was our order was undeliverable. They told us this when we called at 8:30!!!! They couldn’t even explain how such a simple order could be undeliverable. Store credit for the inconvenience is absolutely useless as ill NEVER go to this pizza hit again. I’ll go to Port Orchard or Domino’s next time

Terrible. Ordered 2 medium pizzas to go. Picked them up and got home to find they were small pizzas with the sauce/toppings/ cheese only in the middle, with about half the crust bare. Called 3 times to advise if the “mistake” and was put on hold and no one ever came back. Terrible service. Poor quality.
