Please hire more professional staff because these idiots clearly hate their jobs. I went in to pickup a customer’s order. I gave them the customer’s name, but apparently they are too incompetent to read. They told me that the order was being prepared, so I waited an additional 10 minutes. The hold time, the order was sitting on a shelf behind the counter. Instead of apologizing, the hyena laughed as he handed me the order. These men at this restaurant are ghetto, immature, and lazy.

I placed an order thru the app on 9/2 only to get home and find out that I was made incorrectly! Pretty much missed up my dinner. And the portion size was smaller than normal which was even more disappointing. I tired reaching out on the website but had no luck.

We came in at 9:25pm and ordered and sat down to eat. The chairs had been put up but since they closed at 11 we felt it was reasonable to sit down for 15 minutes and eat. Before we left I got a burrito to go for a friend at which point the woman at the front asked me if “I could please put my chair back up because they’re dining room is closed because they’re understaffed.” It felt rude and unnecessary and made both of us feel unwelcome. Meanwhile they had multiple workers behind the counter doing nothing. I work in an understaffed business myself but we don’t take it out on the customers

Literally charged me for guac, put barely any on, squeezed most of it out, covered my burrito in weird gunk off of the line, and only like half wrapped it in foil before putting it in the bag. They were incredibly rude from start to finish like the first woman seemed actually hostile. I want my money back bro literally 21 dollars for what? I was trying to give myself a little treat because life has been really hard recently and they were so rude.

I placed an order for a veggie bowl. After they ran out of fajita vegetables, I asked for pico. I was told they did not have any. I watched the other rep fill orders with pico, and when I pointed she had an entire canister full of it, he replied it was for to-go orders and I couldn’t have any. No apology and no care in the world.

I came today and one employee in particular that i interfaced with was so upbeat, positive, and brightened my day. He had red tips in his hair and was a joy to interact with. The whole staff was buzzing about, communicating with guests about to go orders, and the food was on point. Thank you guys! I noticed the good energy and took it with me. Lately eating out is a struggle because food service doesn’t pay enough so everywhere is either low staffed or people are just overworked and underpaid. Pay these guys better chipotle!!! The staff and how they pour into your business are the literal reason customers return and this crew deserves it.

Went in about 4 o’clock; asked for a bowl w: Al Pastor. Looked around puzzled. Guess something else on her mind. The. Someone comes to the line to put some rice. And she just stays talking to him for two straight minutes and I’m just standing there. Someone else came and helped me and then the portion sizes were so tiny.
