I have been going there for 8months now and I love the place. The food is great and the coffee done to our taste. The place is very clean. The workers there are very nice and polite. The manager is awesome! She always greets us and is generous with her time. I highly recommend it! Come in and get a fabulous breakfast and say hello.

Im a dd driver and i came here for a online pick up order but the employee are very angry and rude. When i say “i have a pick up order” she is looked me like i say dirty talk And she say to me “Wait!” And i say “ Okay not problem “ but she is wasted to my 30 minute. And i say again my order is not ready? And she is yelled to me go outside i cant see the dd order i can just seen uber orders. I lost my schedule and i lost my time. I definitely do not recommend going here.

I went to this Dunkin’ this morning, their hours says 6:00 am, but they allow you in around 6:20. The manager’s name is Samar, when I was about to order she said the oven is closed and will open after 10 min, and when I asked if I could stay till the oven is open she said no, because she doesn’t want anyone to stay in the dinning room, she said the only thing she has is coffee. Why would you open if you aren’t fully prepared.

Ordered online food for a business meeting and called after ordering to confirm order was placed. When I got there to pick it up the manager told me and my coworker she didn’t have the order and accused us of trying to steal food we didn’t pay for. She refused to look at our order receipt or try to fix the situation. It was baffling. She then proceeded to yell at us while we were offering to pay again even though we’d already paid. Terrible customer service.

There is a Manager name Samar in Dunkin with a very bad attitude to her customers and workers. When I enter she was there and I tried to order my food and she was ignoring me and acting like she is not seeing me, so I ask the other cashier girl to order and she start screaming at her for placing my order and my friend order saying “ I am the Boos here”. And other bad words and I end up leaving. It’s really very bad to have such a manager with that attitude. This Dunkin was one of my favourite place to go, but after that I will never go there again.

I ordered a iced Caramel coffee light and sweet and order this almost every day in my way into work and when I ordered it this morning the lady handed me what tasted like sugary milk, the first time it didn’t even have Carmel in it so I asked nicely for her to put some Carmel syrup in it and she scuffed and then put a LOT of Carmel syrup in it, then handed it back, I asked her to remake it because it was really gross and she refused to make it and telling me it was my fault because I ordered it that way. I Will never come back to this Dunkin, And will advise others to never never go as well.
