It sits on the rocky shoreline of Narragansett Bay with sweeping views of the Newport Bridge, Jamestown and surrounding islands. The grand ballroom is the perfect setting for events such as weddings, dining-ins, dinner dances, luncheons and meetings. An authorized sponsor is required. Topside (winter)/Deck (summer) open to all base patrons with base access.

Great view of the bay and the food was good and hot. The veggie burger was good and the chowder was great. The server at the bar was super nice and friendly. He always made sure I had a glass of diet coke. Would definitely recommend to anyone else who can get base access to go try.

Had the half sandwich (tuna) and soup of the day (clam chowder) for about $10. Food was good (wished soup was bigger). Overall would recommend and the view of the bay and marina is amazing! Good venue spot for parties, large groups, etc

Pretty good food with a view. Lunch time can get busy and it took about 30 min from the moment we ordered to the moment the food arrived at our table (a Tues. afternoon). Plenty of tables and umbrellas on the patio.

Great value! We are there several times during the week. The burgers, the AYCE salad bar, fish and chips – well crafted meals and so filling! Prices are great for the location. If it wasn’t too cold we would be out on the deck.

We held our wedding reception at the Officers Club and could not have been happier! The view from the venue is stunning, and our guests loved watching the sunset across the bay from the outdoor patio attached to the ballroom. The room layout was very practical, allowing for a good flow to the room with the bar set in the perfect location to accommodate both the cocktail hour and the reception. The space is also handicap accessible and easy to navigate, which ensured several loved ones were able to participate in the celebration with little trouble. The staff members at the O Club were competent, flexible and easy to work with. Would highly recommend using the O Club for any special events!
