We ordered at the drive thru windows. We were asked to wait for the food. After 20 minutes I went in and waited in line to ask where my food was. It was being made as I stood there. They gave me the cold food and I left. They did not include the sauces I ordered. No apologies or concern were offered. Won’t be going back soon

The food is really good, the people working there are friendly but there has been water/pop spilled on the floor the last 3 times we’ve been there. The people that work here care that the order is correct. My order was completely paid for when I got to the window to pay and I was confused as to why. It turns out, one of the previous times I was there, they missed something in my order and had to fix it for me. They remembered that and remembered me and decided to comp my whole meal on my next visit without me asking for it or bringing it up. Outstanding customer service.

The new Wagyu burger had so much sauce on it. It had 6x what I guess is supposed to be on it. My sandwich was drenched and such a mess to eat. My wife got the wrong sandwich altogether and we didn’t realize it until we unwrapped it when we got home. This is not the first time I have had a poor experience here. This is by far the worst Arby’s in the central Ohio area. Stay away and head to Lewis Center or elsewhere for Arby’s.

20 minute wait after ordering at the drive-thru? Finally went inside to inquire about the status of the order. They said they were in the process of making it. There was total indifference to the lateness and inconvenience caused. In addition, the food was cold.

Had a new sandwich of steak and garlic spread. It was good but it certainly isn’t low cost. Two sandwiches cost over $15+…. nothing else. They were okay but never again at the price. Must admit that there was a lot of good ribeye steak on the sandwich!
