I ordered a veggie bowl (on the app to-go so it was already bagged) —- and this is what they gave me. Not only is it chicken , it looks like it’s half eaten . I would give benefit of the doubt like oh it’s just from tilting to the side but no you can tell it’s not even half way full ???and it also looks old. So it makes me think it’s very unsanitary to order from this location. :X yikes. This is the second time they have messed up my order. I usually love Chipotle but this location is slipping. I hate having to write a negative review but I believe other people should know this before eating here, especially if doing To-Go.

First trip into the new building. Inside is way smaller than the former location. One Coke choice in the fountain machine was totally clear. Every table was unclean. The trash needed taken out, it was overflowing. The floors were in need of sweeping or a mop. I’m guessing that they’re just understaffed enough that these were visible issues. The staff that was visible were very gracious, courteous and busy. No one was just standing around so I’m not holding those whom were there to account for the conditions. I’m sure if they had the chance they would’ve cleaned up but they were busy. I’d return for another visit. Hopefully y’all can hire a dedicated front of house cleaning person.

I tend to get rice bowls with chicken and cheese, and while I enjoy the food, I don’t enjoy the price. I consider make something similar at home for much cheaper or get a bigger portion. Of course, you most for the convenience and ease of it all. That being said, there’s usually a line to be served and the restaurant was dirty the last time I went. It just seemed like nobody was cleaning tables, watching trash levels, or keeping the dining room clean. Food is great, service and atmosphere leave much to be desired.

I love Chipotle, but this location makes me sad. It’s never clean, ever. On my most recent visit the trash was piled so high I couldn’t even stack mine on top of the can, and there were 5 customers vs 7 staff.

My first Chipotle visit there will be my last at any Chipotle. I placed an order online and when arrived a bit before 2:40 PM, there was no line, which I thought was great because I’d get my food faster. The person at the drive thru asked what the name on the order was, which I replied and then proceeds to rudely say “Ok…I’ll have that ready for you in the next SIX minutes.” Don’t know why he felt the need to emphasize it but it was quite unnecessary. Not only did they fail to make it in a timely fashion anyway, they forgot to put any silverware inside with the food.

Waited in the chipotle drive through pickup lane for 20 minutes to be handed random food that was nothing close to what I ordered. I then had to go back in to get what I actually ordered and when I did get my correct food the chicken was so burnt that you could only taste char inside the whole bowl. The staff could not care less and did nothing to even help while also being on their phones and not helping the multiple line of cars as well as customers going out the door. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR FOOD! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Attitudes reflect the organization and this trip did not reflect well for Chipotle. Employee gave serious attitude over a fountain drink? You’re being paid to answer questions about what drinks are available when an individual is picking up via the drive thru. If questions are an inconvenience, food service may not be the answer for this person.

My spouse and I make the joke before we come here, “ready to go to chipotle and get treated like absolute garbage?”. We have been to this location dozens of times because it’s painfully close to our house and open until 10 and without fail every time at this location and the one around the corner that they relocated from, we receive the most atrocious service. The staff is annoyed by your existence and unhappy to be there. You will get extra special treatment if you visit within the last 45 minutes of them being open but don’t try and come in at 9:45 or later because they will lock the doors from the inside.

They may use the excuse that they were busy, but they could have wiped some table. Every unoccupied table needed clean. And try the fresca much better than regular soda. Good amount of food for the money.
