I’ve watched her while I’m waiting and see just how much this lady can manage people! She always talks to the employees so respectfully & kind. Ordered online Pizza Hut stated my order would be here by 9:10 pm. I call the store more than 5 times from 9:15 til 9:45 pm, no one answers. They are open til 10 pm. It shows on the tracker that it’s on its way but nothing. Last time I ever from Pizza Hut!

Made an order but didn’t get my 2liter. The driver said to just call the store and they would give me a credit. Unfortunately the only line they answer is the one to take orders and when they transfer the call it drops you. If this happens to you don’t take pity on the driver like I did and make them go back for it. I’m now out $4 and still thirsty and frustrated.

I literally just picked up my wings from this pizza hut on range in denham spring. It’s so sad that they care nothing about their customers! If they did they wouldn’t have had such horrible looking wings not only did they look like someone tore them to pieces they had absolutely no sauce!! This is not a 8 piece wings. Looks like someone’s left overs! This is not okay pizza hut!

We got delivery like we usually do! About a 40$ bill 1st off no pan crust pizza . I bake and make bread I am sure u can still put hand toss in the cast iron pan and give me the same effect. I asked for bacon , pineapple and jalapeno I am sure this is sausage? Its totally miss proportioned ! Pizza hut your quality isnt worth what its use to be ! Not impressed at all and sick of wasting my money on not quality pizza what you were know for !

We ordered from them an hour and a 1/2 ago and they still haven’t given us our food yet while they said they were close but Google says otherwise and They haven’t given us our money back and they refuse to. The manager Shannon was so rude and Kept pegging up on us I had to call them about 20 times before they actually answered the phone. We called them and ordered our food and paid for it and then they gave it to a door dasher but we’d never ordered from doordash and now our food is lost somewhere.
