Worst service ever, ordered over $50 worth of food, and when I got home, we were missing over half our order. I called up immediately, and the manager said they would replace the whole order with 30 days because they messed up so badly. Went in a week later, and the manager on duty said they wouldn’t replace anything. We are never eating here again. Only go here if you want to be robbed.

My mom and I got Taco Bell here. They gave up beef chalupas instead of chicken chalupas. The employee argued with my mother and told her it was her fault, when another customer had the exact same issue. They ended up making us new chicken ones. The menu even says 2 chicken chalupas? My tacos were pitifully filled and had practically nothing on it. The employees are not polite and have no manners really. Didn’t hear a single “Thank You” or “We’re sorry about that”. Tables are not clean.

They outright lie about what menu items you can order, what size drinks are available, and fail to keep sauces in stock. Took 5 min and multiple people for the cashier to figure out our change. And the food was low quality despite normal expectations of Taco Bell.

Ordered a 2 piece chicken, a biscuit & small mashed potatoes. With a soda it was over $8. Ordered rootbeer, received cola. Asked for “butter” with the biscuit, did not receive it. There was a pile of grease at the bottom of the box. The mashed potatoes came in a really small container and were lukewarm at best. The breast was decent sized but the wing was minuscule. The chicken was cold and dry and didn’t really taste good. The biscuit was hard & dry. Did you ever eat something and then feel a little sick at the thought of having eaten it? That was me today. I will not be back.

Went here at 5:30 12/12/22 for chicken dinner. Bought 2 3 piece chicken dinners. When they went to get the orders we were told that they were all out!! This is at peak dinner time and they are out! We got our money back and left. Actually some of the people that worked there I wouldn’t handling my food anyway.

Can’t expect much. My family and I are always missing cookies, a peice of chicken, and sauces. This is the last time we eat here. We spent seventy-five dollars on everything. We were missing our cookies. Warm flat soda with no ice. A fifteen minute wait and my mother coleslaw smelled horrid.
