I had an excellent vegan appetizer and vegan meal at Vivo. The entree had an incredible miso apple butter sauce with just the right amount of umami. My only wish would be for a vegan dessert!

Awesome place for dinner and drinks in Sewickley. We live local and this is one of our favorite places in the area. My husband and I have come here a few times for just cocktails and appetizers, bartender Josh is awesome and his cocktails are truly handcrafted. The espresso martini is a must as well as some of his homemade liqueurs. We had dinner here last evening for the first time and everything we had was phenomenal! The crispy duck leg starter was amazing, so crunchy and the dry curry rub was delicious. For our main dishes, I had the scallops (jumbo, seared perfectly) and my husband has the bone-in pork chop (juicy and the red pepper jam is AWESOME). We both were members of the clean plate club after dinner. 10/10 would recommend coming here if you’re in the area!

Got here early and came to find there was a line of people waiting for it to open. Let me tell you, we all had the right idea. Food was incredible. Had fried oysters, burratta flatbread, and the crispy duck for starters. The seasoning and skin on the duck was incredible. Dinner was the scallops which were cooked perfectly and the lamb was delicious. Chocolate tart to finish. Top to bottom, simply a fantastic meal. Will definitely be going back.

Love this gem. Food is always very consistent and good. Not excellent but always very good. The service however has always been excellent. Owner/chef or wife frequently stop by to check in. Atmosphere is top notch and drinks are great. Definitely on our steady rotation in all of Pittsburgh not just Sewickley.

This place is top notch. Very attentive service personnel and actively assistive ownership. Super food, original, eclectic & very amenable to vegans and the keto diet. Creative, yummy food that isn’t insanely overpriced, like too many high-quality restaurants are circa 2023. Highly recommended.

Delicious meal! Split 2 appetizers, 2 Mains and 2 desserts. Food was delicious, service was attentive. The list of appetizers is longer than mains, and honestly I think next time we’ll just get 4 or 5 of those because they sounded so good. Got the Pork and Cheese Meatballs and the Pork Rib appetizers (awesome!). Duck and Porterhouse for mains (very good but disappointed in how much vegetables came with it. My duck breast only came with 5 stalks of asparagus. That’s it). Dessert was a crème brûlée and à cheesecake.

I’ve had several excellent meals here over the past year. Easily the best food in Sewickley. Great selection of interesting appetizers and the entrees are delicious. Wine list is also a big plus. Service has always been good to great. I’ll be back!
