Let’s me start off by addressing the mold on the ac vet, disgusting! Secondly one of the workers biked in parked in-front of the store in a parking spot. With most of the world going to e-commerce as you can order online and pick this is very inconvenient.

Just an overall bad experience. Ordered an hour before they closed. Dasher drove by my house (I was outside), they cancelled. Called store, got connected to some 3rd party, they connected me to the store, store didn’t pick up because they were closed (20min before they were supposed to be), so redirected to same 3rd party, they told me to call help desk (useless people), drove to the store, and these dudes locked the doors 10min before they were supposed to close. So screw me and my dinner, right? ♂️

Was a great place to eat when it first opened a few years ago and not even because its affordable. They used to make great pizza. Whoever works there now don’t care at all about the quality of their work. It’s just no good.

My pizza was not in the portal at the time is was supposed to be and my pizza was over cooked, the crust was hard and missing half of the toppings and terribly cut! There is a bunch of kids working here and listening to rap music loudly. While I was waiting for my order, another customer came in and the kid at the counter told him it would be an hour wait- before the customer even started talking, then the customer proceeded to order and the kid interrupted the customer and asked, you’re going to wait an hour? Overall, I had to wait 30 mins to get my pizza when I waited 30 mins at home after I placed my order online! I completely understand teenagers need to work and learn responsibility, but they also need the proper direction too!

Ordered online , app stated food was ready. When we arrived the food was not ready the guy in the front said it would take 2 hours! We ended up getting a refund , & now we have to wait 2-5 days for the refund. Horrible customer service

Ordered online and store is closed. Of course couldn’t get ahold of anyone cuz no one in the store. This was on a Monday at 1138 am. Called customer service they transferred to the store and put on hold for 20 min. Waste of time not worth it.

We ordered at 9 pm they told us the pizza was being delivered at 9:30. They moved up the delivery time twice and ended up canceling our order at 10:08 after they closed at 10pm. Kids very hungry and disappointed.

They never have cheese pizza available for hot n ready pizzas. They say it’s a 52 minute wait for cheese. It doesn’t even take that long to cook one in the oven.
