Lulu17 was extremely disappointed with the service we received. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff was disorganized and inattentive. I had to wait an unreasonably long time just to be seated in a table we booked in advance, despite having a reservation difficulties.

I recently dined at Lulu17 and unfortunately, I had a highly disappointing experience. Not only was the service subpar, but they also seated me at an extremely unfavorable table. Despite having made a reservation well in advance, I was given a cramped and uncomfortable spot near the restroom and kitchen. The noise and constant foot traffic made it difficult to enjoy my meal and have a pleasant dining experience.

It’s all about courtesy!! The manager was rude and not polite at all. I have booked my table a week in advance and when I got there he change my table and puts me in the back. This is not the first time he’s doing this. His defense was I like to have families up front the stage and all I see singles sits . Raad the Manager/owner really have no customer service at all and he should let someone else take the lead and sit back. This is unacceptable and unpleasant situation when you get there and someone else sits on your table. I believe he puts his favorite people upfront too. In conclusion, I don’t recommend you guys go there.
