Stopped to p/u lunch got me a Blt meal 13 and some change. Started driving down the road and open meal and this is what i received. Are you kidding me 8 could have bought a pack of bacon bread and a tomato and made 8 sandwiches for that price. Unbelievable……. i give 2 stars because im nice.

I would not recommend this location for a catering order. We received a call at the time the order was supposed to be delivered asking who we made the check out to, only to be told they do not accept checks. I understand that employees get confused, but at the time the order was placed there was approval from a manager which should be honored. We would have ordered elsewhere if we knew the payment was not going to be accepted. Also, a heads up before the lunch was scheduled for delivery would have gone a long way.

Ordered a sandwich through the app for delivery. Waited about a half hour and didnt hear anything or receive the sandwich. I called to inquire about my order and the girl said “im sorry we dont have any drivers today, i can either cancel the order or you can come pick it up, and ill give you a side for free”.

This is the worse Jimmy Johns I have ever ordered from before; you place the order on line to cut the sandwich in half and order sides. This store never cuts your sandwich in half nor deliver your sides you paid for. Our store orders from them all the time and nothing is ever right. Today, I placed an order on line and they voided my order and didn’t bother to call me and let me know they voided my order because their delivery driver quit and now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to receive my refund! Never ordering from this store again!

3 hour delivery time is not freaky fast, it’s freaky slow. I used to order on my late days every Thursday. It is regularly about an hour for delivery, but they never call to let you know they are running late. Management acts like they just don’t care. When it was 3 hours for delivery, again with no call, and management blew me off and i contacted corporate, they also don’t care. On top of all that, they make my sandwich wrong almost every time. Absolutely awful customer service. Lesson learned, will never return.
