The crew was on top of their game. Everyone was so polite and efficient. The food was great. They had a few in store issues that the manager was on top of and ensured that all customers were taken care of! This is the best Panda Express that I have ever visited due to the wonderful staff!

I had pepper steak and tasted awful no flavor when i told the server she said its fine just your taste buds threw food away and left she did t offer alternative the chicken egg roll was over done blah taste also . . Friends meal was chicken and his was ok but cold . He tasted mine told me it was blah . So i give this location a thumbs down wont eat there again.

These people can’t even cook rice, it’s crunchy. If the drive thru is even open and the screen is working, they won’t even have what you want ready AT NOON. You get small bits of chicken that will make you question if it’s even chicken. Terrible management, stay away.

I can’t stand this location. It’s a bunch of teenagers working here and they don’t give a damn. No one looks happy to work there. I was looking forward to my lunch. Look at how unappealing my egg roll looks ! 🙁 my chow mein was dry too, not satisfied with my order at all.

Unfortunately, they’re starting to serve old food…Orange Chicken was crunchy…every piece. Teriyaki Chicken slicing was an afterthought…like the preparers forgot it was food they were preparing…all-in-all I was very disappointed…I’d have traded my meal in for fresh food but I used drive through and didn’t realize until back in my hotel. Might try again or drive over to the Gurnee location…
