Currently unsafe for kids. There is a beam in the playground that the insulation has fallen off leaving exposed steel. This beam is right on the stairway so kids smack their heads. It’s been multiple visits now and my kids along with others continue to incur pain from hitting their heads in this beam. To the mgmt: FIX YOUR PLAYGROUND!!!
