I placed my order online and then headed up to pick up on my way out of town. I had one vehicle in front of me when I arrived. When I got to the speaker I was asked to wait a second and they would be back to assist me. I sat there for 10 minutes and even moved my vehicle back and forth to try and activate the system. She finally came back and said Sorry, order when ready. I let them know I ordered online and then pulled around and waited another 15 minutes with 1 car in front of me. When we got to the window, she asked if we had just a diet coke and I said no we had the app order. She said she would get us out order. I pulled away almost 30 minutes from the time I pulled up. I know finding employees is difficult but that is crazy and I would think anything longer than 5 minutes in a drive thru would be too long!

Every time that I or anyone in my family goes this location, they mess something up. From ice cold food to incomplete orders to the wrong order all together. Whenever we have called in to complain or get our order fixed, the staff only want to point fingers at each other and avoid the problem. On occasion they’ve even gotten verbally aggressive with us.

I Had the chicken sandwich combo yesterday, of which the breading was raw on the inside. Really disappointed considering how good it looked in the picture. I hope they learn how to properly cook these in the fryer without disappointing future guests. On the flip side at least the onion rings were cooked properly.
