Always a fun time for authentic Pakistani food and barbecue. Love their Halwa Puri Brunch on the weekends. Celebrated Father’s Day with my parents and had an amazing time. Vicky took great care. Must stop for Pakistani / North Indian food if you are ever in Cincinnati. Call ahead to make sure they have space.

This is by far the most outstanding Pakistani style food. Ever. The mixed grill (three kinds of chicken prepared in the tandoor) and chicken biryani are so delicious. We sampled them one day to test out the food for a party and immediately ordered for our event. At our party, Everyone raved over how fantastic and authentic the food was. We for sure brought them more clientele. It is definitely spicy so keep that in mind and/or ask for your food mild.

Amazing Pakistani and Indian food! We had the chicken karahi, beef nihari, and mixed vegetables. Highly recommend all three! Service was super friendly and i loved the cozy atmosphere. Will definitely be back! There is a vegetarian place next door but Nawad has both meat and vegetarian options.

Never had pakistan cuisine or goat before. I ordered the chicken handi and the goat karahi. Both were delicious. The meat was tender and the flavor blew my mind. A little spicy which I like. I got a side of rice with mine because I knew I’d want it with the leftover sauce. Wish there was a restaurant like this where I live, but I’m 2-1/2 hours away. Will definitely try again. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the chicken handi, absolutely perfect

We had one of the worst experiences eating here and left the restaurant flabbergasted! First my group of 4 came in and sat down and no one greeted us. The person at the counter was on his phone and watching a movie on TV the whole time. We sat down at a table for 10 minutes before we realized that we had to order at the counter (no one at the counter told us this). Once we placed our order, things continued to go down hill. We all received our entrees at different times which was really uncomfortable for the other people sitting at our table without food for 15 minutes. I ordered Tika Masala and it did not come to the table with rice. Then, 10 minutes later when my friend received her Tika Masala, it did not come with rice. When I asked for the rice, I received a dismissive “yes yes, ok” and then still did not receive it until the VERY end of the meal. We all ordered waters, which are just plastic water bottles, and NO ONE at our table ended up getting any water. I’m not kidding when I say that we asked for our waters three different times, including specifically walking up to the counter to ask for our water. When we checked out, they tried to charge all of us for our drinks that we never received. If you’ve had spicy Indian food before you’ll understand why this ruined our experience. We watched other folks in the restaurant receive their waters and drinks. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer at a restaurant before. I’m chalking it up to a cultural misunderstanding but I would never return and would never recommend this place to anyone. The person behind the counter was on his phone the entire time and acted like he couldn’t be bothered to do anything. Food was just OK and there are so many other solid Indian places in Cincinnati that you can choose besides this one.

Hello everyone reading out my reviews ..I.visited this restaurant on my en-route to Indiana with my family.I must appreciate that all the food items specially the tandoori chicken were amazing . The icing of the cake was the Reception guy VICKI who extended all support and help during all the times.He was courteous, most humble and polite in his speech and actions..He deserves and accolades..A must visit place for great food and fabulous staff personnel.
