Order my usual… lo and behold it seemed as if they didn’t give me my “usual” amount. When I called, I was told there is “no way” because everything is weighed out. Lastly, the crabmeat rangoon filling was just about NON-EXISTENT… it felt as if I ordered the crabmeat rangoon… with no rangoon! ..just oil dipped pastry! Whack!

Today was much better than it has been. We had stopped going because the food had gotten to be super greasy but we decided to give it one more try and today it wasn’t greasy.

I decided to have dinner at this location. The service was horrible!! The fountain drink machine didn’t have ice, so the soda temperature was room temp. I had to wait 30 minutes for an order of egg rolls and 55 minutes for dinner plate. Besides waiting that long, the chef decided to service his family members first. I was at the location 15 minutes before his family members. They waited 10 minutes for the dinner plates. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!! I hope the owner fires the chef that prioritizes family first, BEFORE customers!!!

Wok Inn is always a go-to when we have no idea where else we should eat, haha. The staff was very kind when we went! 🙂 I wish on the website there was an option to opt out of a plastic bag and plastic utensils to help curb single use plastic usage. That’s why we decided to dine in this time because it helps to avoid waste but also because we rarely just sit down to eat with each other, so it was a nice experience. They offer reusable cups when you dine in, but we were handed Styrofoam ones, and then asked for reusable ones instead. I know the local and state governments need to do more to curb plastic pollution, but Wok Inn is like such a nostalgic place to me that it would be cool to see them also try to reduce their waste. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos, but it was pretty standard. My sister and I are vegan and always order tofu chap-che and orange peel tofu. I wish they had more specific vegetarian/vegan/allergy friendly options stated on the menu. I’m not sure if they cook tofu separately but that sort of thing doesn’t really bother me, although I’m always too shy to ask. An ingredient list for all dishes would be really helpful to see if they use egg in noodles, chicken/beef broth etc…

One and done. Walked in, young kids behind counter were nice, my food was ok, husband’s food was flavorless and slightly overcooked. Eggdrop soup tasted like water and ice machine (self serve) kept running out of ice. Smells good when you walk in but then stops there. Staff friendly but weren’t very explanatory when it came to the soup bar.

The girl that helped ME was nice, the other younger heavier set dude at the cashier desk looked annoyed like he didn’t want to be there. The rice was very packed so I was excited about that when I open the rice it was a bit too fluffy almost too mushy/greasy it was very salty and dark almost like they went overboard with soy sauce or something. I got corn chowder soup, it smelled wierd and was luke warm, it tasted strange like bitter almost. The crisp noodles were stale and they gave me 2 huge bags lol. It was bad over all man. Mall Chinese meal is better than what they made yesterday. The Culebra location is way better.

I ordered lemon chicken from this location. It was dry and inedible. The crabmeat rangoon barely had any cream cheese in them and it took almost an hour for delivery. The Grissom location is much better and faster delivery. I will not order from the Potranco location ever again.

Stir fried rice was way too salty. Had to add steamed rice to even it out. Crab ragoons barely had any filling. The atmosphere is a little too dark for my liking, but restrooms were clean. Will not be returning.
