OMG… it’s Wing Stop. In Idaho! Yea!!! Very nice and clean restaurant with friendly staff and full Wing Stop menu. Nothing surprising or weird, they pretty much turn out great wings and fries to Wing Stop standards. Made driving 2 hours to Boise worth it.

Before I get started I would like to say, I love Wingstop. Always great for evening cravings and great finishing time. I grade off of Cleanliness, Hospitality, and Quality. This place is for the most part well kept and maintained. However this time I notice that the employee who gave me my food had really long fingernails and covered in what I assume was orange sauce. A little hesitant to know why they were that way and wasn’t thrilled to give my card to orange covered hands. Hospitality was okay, workers seem distant and shy. Quality of my food was good for the most part, I did notice a black gunk on one of my wings not sure what it was but decided to not eat that piece. Overall great food and product but still could use some improvements.

Best to go on Monday or Tuesday when they have cheap wings or to get one of their meal deals. We really like the garlic Parmesan, their new hot honey (or something like that) and the honey bbq. Don’t forget to get some fries! They are so good and sweet / salty / savory all at once (just trust me). I also like getting their honey mustard to dip my wings in. Normally I LOVE wingstops Cajun corn but the order I received today had 3 pieces that were scorched, hard as a rock and not edible at all. (The picture does not even do it justice how black they were) Hard to believe an employee saw these pieces and figured that was a sufficient quality to pass on to a customer.

Ive ordered wings several times in the past and todays order was the worst. Soggy fries, soggy tenders, the bottom of the barrel selection of wings. Prices went up and quality went down. Never again.

The food is very average! As in it’s what you’d expect from a backyard chicken wing. The service is hit and miss as in they got one dude that runs this spot most of the time, his shoes are a sight! He walks on the sides of them its distracting! And NOT a clean or orderly man. The food isn’t cheap, you can get better wings and service almost anywhere. I wouldn’t be happy if I was the owner of this store. Don’t dare dash it! Slow slow slow. And they insist you sign for the food, as if that means anything at all. Just go anywhere else and it’s likely better. My review is based on several experiences in this exact location. Eating here and dashing here. Not one or two visits it was 5 chances we gave y’all. Long waits, poor service, high prices, I lived in little rock Arkansas and they had wing stop that was bomb! I loved it, disappointed that the Boise spot is junk. “Dining room” dirty, dark and cold. All the stuff humans don’t like. Me and my mom spent $32. Better spent at B dubs.

Tonight, we went to this wingstop in Meridian, and received the wrong food. I ordered and then was told to wait 15 minutes and our order would be ready. We ordered the food at 6:53 and did not receive the order until 7:48. I went in 2 times prior to receiving the food and was told both times, your order will be ready in 15 minutes. It was like that was the script that they were given, and they were sticking to it. Meanwhile, I witnessed several others, two of which ordered at the same time as us, in the store, so we know that they were not pre-ordered situations, receive their food before us. No problem, we knew we ordered a large amount, so we waited in the car until I thought enough time had passed to go check again. When I went into the store at 7:48, 50 minutes had passed, so I figured, they would be ready by now, and the guy who took my order said, your order is ready Deniece, let me bag it for you. He bagged and sealed the order. We drove home, and then unbagged our order. We ordered 25 Lemon Pepper and 25 BBQ.
