We went there for the first time (and last) yesterday, 7/14/23, to pickup an online order that should have been ready by 5:07. As We walked in, other customers were waiting. The cook had long hair, no net and was visibly frustrated, using bad words. The front worker did not greet, acknowledge, or interacted with any of the customers. Not a single word.

I ordered at 5:29 and didn’t receive my burger until 6:15 pm. I understand they were short staffed but the guy with long hair cooking the food kept swearing due to the stress of being short staffed. Several people who ordered after me got their meal way before mine. For $23.82 for a burger fries and drink I just expect more. Also onions were nearly grilled, missing extra cheese and the side of ranch

I ordered four burgers well done, and they burnt the burgers. Then the order with the cheese bacon burger was remade and was remade incorrectly again. Then they forgot the smash tots. We waited about a full hour to order and have everything remade. Expensive for no reason
