If you’re looking for an unforgettable Chinese hot pot experience in #Orlando, look no further than Volcano Hot Pot & BBQ on International Drive. This restaurant, which recently opened its doors, was designed specifically for the hot pot aficionado. Our family didn’t have the chance to try the BBQ, but we were blown away by the hot pot.

Great Place! Clean, friendly staff, regularly cleaned out our plates off the table & had my bbq already on the grill when I returned with my veggies! Nice selection on the buffet for meats & veggies, plenty of different type of noodles & I liked that they had fried chicken wings & fried dumplings too. Also got some rice but u have to ask for that! They could do a little more for dessert, maybe more variety for ice cream and another cake or pastry, the fresh lychee & watermelon was good though!

I am glad another Volcano Hotpot opened on on I-drive. I have been to the Kissimmee location and have had great service and food. Location is also at a very desirable spot, nearby numerous attractions for tourist. Great restaurant to come by either before or after seeing around Orlando.

We had an awesome experience when we dined here at this new location in Orlando. The building is nice and kept clean. The tables are large and have plenty of room for your plates. The servers were attentive and kept our hot pot broth filled up and the plates cleared off of our table. The meats and seafood selections are fresh and flavorful.

Our waitress was Raye.. she was so friendly and nice. She explained everything to us and help set everything up. She periodically came by and stirred and flipped our food to make sure everything was cooking and checking in on us. Jiawu Wang the kitchen chef was awesome as well. He was very informative . He seen us at the food stations looking curious as to what to get and he walked us along every station from the meats to the vegetables, to sauces to enhance the flavors and desserts. There were so many things to choose from . Some options for meats are steak, bacon, rolled lamb, rolled beef, pork belly. Vegetable wise there was corn, mushroom sprouts, green and red peppers, onions, lettuce, mushrooms etc. Seafood is included as well like snow crab legs, shrimp, raw oysters, almost anything you could name they have it. There also were a couple of options that were available that were already cooked which were chicken wings, dumplings, and French fries just to name a few. If you have kids those were options as well. We got the hot pot and BBQ. Miso soup and pork bone soup. The flavors of the soup were very flavorful. Overall it was a great experience for me and my family. It’s clean and has a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others and will come back to visit as a healthy version of food.

I was pretty excited to try this new location and it did not disappoint. The buffet style layout was great, everything looked fresh and organized. However, the first time I went the service was out the door trash. The server would always walk by and look at our table but never clear any plates, refill the soup or the drinks. I had a plate full of Shrimp shells on the edge of the table for her to come clear but she looked at it for a second and then just left. The second time was much better, the server was very attentive and helpful. I guess it’s a hit or miss with the service.

The restaurant was spacious, the buffet countertop was kept clean and organized. There was a plethora of selections and the service was prompt. However, my unfinished dessert and drink were cleared by one of the female employees when I briefly visited the restroom. She did apologize and made me another drink but there is definitely a room for improvement for prevent such wastage.
