Dairy Queen needs to train their employees better. These employees lack basic customer service skills and treat their customers horribly. Management never steps in to help out their customers, and is not trained properly. I visited this location today, and attempted to use this coupon which states purchase one blizzard get another one for 99¢. When trying to use this coupon employees tried to tell me that I couldn’t use it because the coupon requires a purchase of a sandwich. I tried to show and explain to employees it does not state that anywhere. I even told them I was able to put everything into a mobile order and it didn’t require a sandwich. Nonetheless the employees at this location refused to find a solution to the this issue, and I had to pay for the full costs of two blizzards. Literally after driving off I noticed that all the ice cream I purchase was melted and a waste of $30. Extremely disappointing especially considering the increase in costs of the ice cream. I called the location and asked to speak to their manger, was told I would receive a call back. Never did and tried calling this location again, and kept going straight to voicemail. Extremely disappointed, Dairy Queen use to be so much better!! They should go back to training employees basic skills!

Was fast, they were very helpful. Even the cashier was new and the older staff helped him out. In the ice cream is good. The only downfall was the floor with slippery.

Food was pretty good considering it’s fast food you can only expect so much if you have a complaint tho the manager don’t believe you that’s my issue smh he refuses to believe that anything can be made wrong because the machine does the work he said and didn’t apologize didn’t offer anything else just was rude if you ask me . other than that food was ok . bread was supposed to be Texas toast it was soggy and some chicken were over done which apparently is impossible to manager .. we got the wrong sauces it was more pricey than i expected too 24$ that’s a lot. for that you can get tenders from an actual restaurant.

Went inside the Waterbury location. No one was at the counter and who I believe the man that is the manager walked right by and continued having a conversation with a friend. 2 others just kept looking at us and kept with their conversation. Waited at least 5 mins and decided it was time to take my business elsewhere we walked back past the one I believe is the manager he made eye contact with us and walked out of our sight and continued to talk to his friend. Needless to say I will never walk back through that door again.

Literally have never had a good experience at this diary queen. They have the rudest employees, and management never does anything. My cousin just went to this diary queen and they refused to honor a coupon in the app. It stated buy one blizzard and get one for 99¢ and they were trying to state that I needed to purchase a sandwich which was not stated in the coupon. No one was able to get it to work and after all that I paid $30 for melted ice cream. Called and asked to speak to manger, and never received a call back. And then when I tried to reach out again my calls were going to voicemail. Dairy Queen do better!!

They were a huge disappointment!!! We love DQ in Southington!! Now we are in Waterbury we couldn’t wait to eat there. I went in on Monday March 20th about 8:20pm to order, and waited over 20 minutes for my order. I brought it straight home which is only a 5 minute ride. All the burgers were ice cold, and the fries were too. So disappointed, and a HUGE waste of $40 seeing it all ended up in the trash uneaten!!!

If I can rate ya a zero stars I would.completely Messed up my order for the 3rd time!I asked and was charged for 6 pc and they gave me 3pc I asked the guy at the window to confirm if everything was in the bag. He said yes. I drove home to cold stale tenders & a completely wrong order. Please don’t even waste ur time coming here. Save the trip & go to Frankie’s across the street.
