I’m from upstate new York. We have visited cleavland twice this past year. Both time we went to this restaurant. The staff is super friendly and very fast. The food is amazing! Our last visit we went two days in a row and the guy running register remembered my sister’s order! Impressive and soooooooo good!

I thought their burgers were going to be 100 percent beef but they turned out to be frozen patties that aren’t even McDonald’s quality. That was disappointing. They’re gyros are delicious however, not sure what the disconnect is. Also get there early for lunch they get packed and will ignore they’re phone if you try to call in an advance order. I also tried their website but when I got their they never checked the system so I still had to wait, made me late for my lunch break.

The gyro from this place is out of this world! It has a special gyro sauce on it and it tastes so good unbelievable delicious, this is a must go.My son also had the chicken Philly which was cooked well done and tasteful this place closes early so you must get there in the daytime to be able to taste one of Cleveland’s great tasting restaurants downtown

Do not expect to be overly impressed but food is what you would expect from a fast food establishment. Fried greasy food made quick. Service is nice and place looks clean .

Only two staff. One at the grill. The other taking orders, cooking fries and packing orders. The menu was extensive, but the service was slow due to demand. The two employees worked as quickly as they could, but the order taker was tense due to the rush. Also the sandwich had one piece of meat only, folded in half to look like it was more.
