Worst experience every time I go it just gets worse. Went back to get food remade and fresh and missing items and yet they still didn’t give us the nuggets they where missing every time I go here . Gloria also shows to concern on trying to get it right threatened to call police on me because I wanted the right food and fresh and still she made my order wrong why every single time I go .

The afternoon manager on 7/30/23, young Hispanic/Mexican guy walks from the back did not was his hands, has a cell to his ear talking. Goes to assist by putting fries in the bag all while still on the phone and no hand washing nor gloves . He sees me looking then puts his phone down pulls ear pieces out of his pocket puts them in his ear and then goes back to putting fries in bags! So apparently Burger King does not train the employees on proper hand washing protocols, and protocols for changing gloves as another worker touched several screens took my order then went straight back to the fry station. The uncleanliness of not washing hands before preparing food and changing gloves is how foodborne illness, food poisoning and other bacteria spread throughout the public. I have my receipt for the exact time if corporate office is reading this review so the staff can definitely have some training/retraining! Also, did speak with the manager to let him know that someone less nicer than me would probably call the health department if they witnessed what I saw.

Positive first. The whopper I had was amazing. Now…should I have to wait 30 minutes to get 1 whopper??? Hell no! I ordered for drive thru pickup and that took 10 minutes for no one to greet me. So since I had already ordered my burger (and unlike other app restaurants, BK doesn’t have a cancel option), I parked and went in. Let’s just say that I placed the order at 9:44. I didn’t get it until 10:10. I’m done with THAT BK. Corporate did contact me however.

I hadn’t had BK for a while and decided on a whim to order from their drive thru. I kind of wished I hadn’t. The workers were nice but we had to pull around and wait a decent amount of time for our food. The burger was tiny compared to what I was expecting from the picture on the menu and tasted ok, but the chicken fries I also ordered were just as good as I remember.

Minimally staffed and extremely slow. I waited 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me to take my order. Waited more than 5 minutes, but less than 10 mins for my order. My milkshake was more of a blizzard.

The chicken sandwich that I got actually gave me diarrhea! I cannot believe it! I will go further to the one on Hulen in the future if I am craving an Original Chicken Sandwich! And the General Manager of the store leaves muchto be desired! He didn’t even try to listen to me! Don’t go here! Here is a picture of what they gave me when I asked them to make me an Old Italian Chicken sandwich (basically the Original Chicken sandwich with marinara sauce and cheese). Needless to say, I barely got a drop of marinara sauce, the wrong chicken patty (the new ones are thick, but tasteless), and the cheese wasn’t even melted! Surprisingly, this wasn’t the sandwich that got me sick though, it was the Original Chicken sandwich that I order fairly frequently! DON’T EAT HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR FOR ANTIBIOTICS!

Drove thru this morning at 8:15. I was running behind so fortunately the service was fast, and the older fella that worked there was very friendly. Unfortunately, the croissant was stale, the orange juice barely cool, and the hash rounds were so over-fried and stale, they literally crumbled in my mouth like pebbles. If I wasn’t running so late, I would have driven back thru and thrown the food back at them. Almost $9 worth of breakfast and it was HORRIBLE!!!

Found a curly hair in my food and heard them laughing prior to handing my food. So kinda suspicious. Did they purposely leave hair in food, or did they fail to wear proper food equipment? I don’t know, but it’s not something I can eat.

Drove through for lunch. It was quick friendly and the food was hot and fresh. The outside of the restaurant was clean and neat. There are two ordering slots so if it gets busy there is still a good flow.
