Casual atmosphere with a nice/diverse menu. Service was friendly though slow. I thought the Muscoot soup was average (others got the Clam Chowder & said it was very good). Ribs were below average with not a lot of meat. My buddy got a burger and said it was just OK. One of our group got a salad w/ lobster/seafood and said it was delicious. Overall, a nice dining experience but nothing special.

Went for pizza on Friday night, but they were not making any, maybe oven issues. Got burgers, wings, calamari and some other stuff. Lots more fried hot peppers in the calamari than normal. Burger was very good. Best to go when it is not crowded. Stop calculating tip on tax on your bills. TAX is not a service. Otherwise good.

Cute little roadside eatery with plenty of outdoor seating (limited indoor). Can’t wait to try more on the menu, the fries were perfection and wings are pretty good too! Service very attentive and quick 🙂

Back again for our 4th visit. Arrived around 7 and the place was almost full. Every seat taken at the bar. The place was poppin. Very short wait by the fire and we were seated. This time we decided on going with the French onion soup and Brooklyn pizza. The food was delicious as always. My girlfriend liked the green onions on the top of the soup. We had both never seen it before and was a nice touch. I Enjoyed a nice cold beer after dinner and watched sports and Fox News. I really enjoy the atmosphere and quality of the food in this long-time community staple. My one area of criticism tonight would be that it took a long time and quite an effort to get our check to leave. Looking forward to coming back and trying something new soon!

Very fun, nostalgic restaurant with great food and service. Funny signs, old photos, murals, wavy, wood floors, barn-like interior all add to the charm. It was a summer day that threatened rain so we dined outside under the tent. There is also indoor seating and lots of tables outdoors not under a tent. There were four of us. We had the Caprese salad, clams casino, rib eye steak, lobster salad, fish and chips and a turkey burger. Four different pallates but we all agreed, everything was outstanding – including the service! We will definitely be going here again!

Ridiculously expensive for small portions. I ordered fish and chips I got 3 gordons fish sticks and what looks like should of been a quarter order of fries. I was most ceetainly cheated. If you are an adult an is hungry you may want to avoid this place that serves appetizer sized meals.

Ate dinner there last night and would advise others to order things like cocktails, beer, appetizers, pizza, or fish and chips, that is, stick to pub fare. I ordered one of the specials (flounder stuffed with lump crab meat). It was smothered in capers, lemon, and garlic which still didn’t cover up the fishy taste. It sat badly on my stomach for the rest of the evening and into this morning. Atmosphere and historic structure is worth a visit. Wait staff very friendly and did their best to accommodate, although we thought they needed more help.
