This was my first time at Teriyaki Madness. The cashier, he greeted me with a warm and friendly “hello”, and assisted me with my questions pertaining to building a personal bowl. I ordered: orange chicken, white rice, fresh vegetables and a chicken roll, and I must say.. I was impressed with the presentation, proportion, and how goooood the food actually taste!!! I would also like to mention the overall cleanliness of not only the dining area, but as well as the ladies room, and by the way, ladies, they do carry feminine tampons/sanitary napkins/liner in a basket along side a hand written gentle reminder: “you are beautiful”! I will definitely recommending Teriyaki Madness to my loved ones- great job !

Small dining area up front with tables for 2 to 8 if you want. Most ppl seem to order out. Unlike most Chinese restaurants, here they specialize in a few dishes, rather than many. Three sizes of bowls and prices. Select a protein and a base (type of rice, noodle, or veggie). We chose the spicey teriyaki chicken, the teriyaki chicken, and the salmon as our proteins. They were especially tasty, having been charred- grilled, some even after having been marinated in teriyaki. The portions were generous. However, we felt the servings were a little light on the veggies in favor of rice. Everyone was very pleased and satisfied with their meal.

Incredible! I ordered via DoorDash so I can’t comment on the in person experience, but the food was incredible. The teriyaki sauce is absolute perfection, the rice was fluffy, and the veggies had the right amount of crispness still left in them. The order was packed beautifully, their disposable utensils were awesome (fork with chopsticks handles) and the food arrived hot and fresh. I love when restaurant food travels well and this was a 10/10. I look forward to trying more of their menu items and also visiting them in person very soon.

My Husband and I stopped in and ordered takeout. The environment was great! Elise greeted us with a smile she also went around and asked everyone how was their meal. Excellent customer service! The food was hot and fresh. We’ve been here several times since the store opened. It has become one of our favorite spots Keep up the great work!

My chicken was pretty much cremated. My rice was a consistency I didn’t even know was possible for rice. It was the consistency of baby food. This was at around 6:45 on a Saturday. Not sure how the food quality was lacking so badly. And the customer service. YIKES. The employees couldn’t have cared less. At all. I got my food to go, 3 large bowls and some pot stickers for around $50. So disappointed. Not even worth a second try. Save your money. I’m not even going to bother to go complain and try and get my money back

We tried this place for the first time and I have to say it was pretty good. We ordered the bowls, which came with an egg roll and crab rangoon. They come as combos if you want that, which is what we did. Price point wasn’t bad either for the amount of food you get. I’d absolutely go back!

5 star for food! I love the flavor on our teriyaki chicken and steak. We upgraded to noodles and my husband to yakisoba noodles. We didn’t taste the difference on the noodles but my husband’s meal the chicken was overflowing.

Food was great, the food portion was great, and the service is great. Only thing that would keep me from giving them a 5 start is their wait time.. I’m not sure if the kitchen can’t keep up with the orders coming in but they struggle putting food out.. other then that great experience and great food!

Just had my first experience here and I will be back!! The staff/ owners are so friendly and welcoming. The dining area and bathrooms are VERY clean! The wait time is very reasonable- everything is freshly prepared in house and the portions are big, very filling! We even got the kids approval with the jr portion of chicken teriyaki and fried rice! (Photo added is the regular size bowl chicken teriyaki with fried rice and veggies. Not pictured – the egg roll, also very good). Great addition to midlo!!
