It’s approximately 7:45pm, I ordered a chili cheese fry. I asked for fresh fries for my order. I ordered one thing. My order was wrong! One thing and it was wrong. I received a chili cheese tot. The carhop even stated, “here is your fresh chili cheese fries”. I called the Sonic and spoke with the manager on duty, Noah. After telling him what happened, he hung up in my face. Customer service on the manager’s part was unacceptable. The carhop was very nice and polite.

Gods Purple
This by far is the worst location to go to. The line is slow and there lady that is always at the window is plain rude. Management needs to provide her and staff with better customer service skills and get more staff to get the line moving. I won’t be back to this location.

I ended up paying $28.00 for two medium shakes. I used my debit card and added a dollar for a tip, and gave him 4 extra dollars for a tip. Grayson, that waited on me said, that my card didn’t go through so I gave him a twenty, and he gave me $11.00 back, and I had gone inline to check my personal checking account, and it showed that my card did go through. All I can say is, this gentleman played me, and we will not be going back….

Stop by this location and ordered my favorite. A #2 with no onions with tots and a cherry limeade. Food was fast and hot but what I didn’t appreciate was the car hop who didn’t ask if wanted my coin change. She gave me the cash but just said thank you and walked away. That’s so rude to just take my coin change. I save change.

I don’t normally review but man I have a lot of anger about my experience tonight. I just wanted to buy something to eat. I pressed the red button at stall 7 . 10 minutes later I pressed the button again. Then another 14 minutes, no response and the light turned off on its on. I was pretty upset but I decided to try another stall. When I went to another empty stall, that red light was still on from the previous person. You stole 25 minutes of my time and i walked away with nothing.
