What a joke this place is. Placed an online order and it said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. We get there on time and are told it’ll be right up. We ended up waiting in the store for almost an hour. They couldn’t even give us an eta when we kept asking about our food. We had about 10 people come in after us that got their food before us. I get being busy, but then change your promise times online. When we got our food we didn’t even get a “sorry for your wait” or anything like that. The food was fresh when we got home, but the wings were so salty we couldn’t even finish them. This place needs some serious work.

I pre ordered for pickup on Uber eats to make sure my food was ready, or at least almost ready by the time I got there. I left later knowing this restaurant can be busy to accommodate for time. I asked if my order was ready and they said it would be up soon. Fast forward 30 minutes we asked if it was almost ready. Everyone walking in 15+ different people all got our orders before us.

Not a good Wingstop anymore. Food has declined seriously. Fries overcooked, cashier said they looked okay and they were clearly burnt. Maybe their grease needs to be changed but do they care? Of course not. Just serve customers whatever, it’s not like they’re spending their money right. The wings weren’t any better. Barely any garlic or parmesan on them. Save your money and nerves. Go to a different location.
