So big, big, big props to the manager and staff that was working around 7:15pm tonight, July 3, 2023. My boyfriend and I sat down for our dinner here like we do often. I choked. Not like little bitty choked…like I was seeing spots and couldn’t breathe for a hot minute choked. My boyfriend started doing the Heimlich maneuver. The chicken was really in there. The manager came over and started to offer assistance. The chicken came up. I was embarrassed. The manager comped the meal and the sweet hostess offered me gum and said she was sorry she couldn’t help more. The kindness I felt here is like no other restaurant I’ve ever been too. We always eat here and will def be dining here more often. Thanks to the kind and caring staff and the amazing manager! Big big props to you all!

Went here coming back from a week long mission trip. Everyone ordered at different times though we were all seated. Food came out very slowly and once again at different times. One person waited an hour for his food. Service was extremely slow but waitresses were kind and polite. Food was ok, however barbeque wings were not good at all.

The waitress was great. She asked to be our waitress because she liked my niece’s hair and shirt. She was super attentive. My mom was able to celebrate her birthday early with 2 for 1s. Food was hot fresh and good. Decent prices. Only downfall was that the bathroom floor was super slippery and the hand towel dispenser was broke

The food is terrible! Too salty and lousy service from the hostess and one white little waitress! No accomodations or customer satisfaction! I had ask for a sweet tea and when I told the “the little white waitress I did not care for it, she in turn made up an excuse for it tasting that way. She said that she had just brewed it! They tried to sabotage the black waitress table knowing that she would receive a nice gratuity from us! And she did! Chili’s has always had this prejudice atmosphere! You all should work on that!

Food was decent, waitress was good. Host, was too busy on her phone to sit us. She told us to just grab a booth. Place was filthy. Must have a lazy manager, with poor managing skills. No telling the last time the floors and menus were cleaned…. dirt on floor, dried up food on menus.
