Where is a manager when need them? Kick out the horrific rude employees and start putting in good ones. Horrible service, attitude, and nasty swearing rap songs playing there. I feel like calling corporate to get these horrible employees out of there. The food quality is about the same and the workers there are awful and served with hate. They gave me a bad attitude and also put me in a bad attitude when I left. Corporate might as well tear down the whole building. I have been going there a lot but nothing has changed. Hoping for a change of heart for employees.

The other employee tried to fix it but ended up putting cheese on it again. America runs on Dunkin’? I think not.

I’ll give a 3 star only because I ate there yesterday and the food and hot chocolate was perfect…. Tonight though really had me disappointed! Just a bit disappointed that I drive up to the drive thru and it says they’re closed. I look up the hours and they don’t close until 9. It wasn’t even 8:30 yet, which the website says is when delivery ends….If your hours are changed due to COVID please update so others don’t have this inconvenience.
