The service at the McDonald’s on Fairview Rd is horrible it took my points for a happy meal and then I was charged I was held up at the window for maybe 15 minutes I was told to change it to a four peice the code would work my original order was two fish sandwiches and a six peice happy meal after being told that the code did not work several times the cashier said to change it to a four peice and code would work so I changed it to a four peice and took off a fish sandwich she had done got me so mixed up that I still gave her 8.22 so the first time that I had to come back there they only had put 2 nuggets in the happy meal. Which after Covid I thought you could not take food and then give it back they took the whole happy meal from me and put the 2 nuggets in the same box and gave it back to me. Then I thought about it when I got to my grandma house the girl overcharged me so I went back to this hellacious McDonald’s again and the lady that called herself a manager wouldn’t give me her name and was very rude a heavy set lady with dreads appeared very dirty to handling food. This experience was awful I will never go here again

The McDonald’s in Nashville is a joke. One register to serve everyone that comes through the door and now apparently they don’t think your enough of an adult to make your own drink because the self service drink station is GONE! It takes them half the day to make your food and now you have to wait for them to make your soda too. I’ll stick with restaurants that respect me more than that.

I just went to the mcdonalds in tarboro. Sorry service sorry food. Do you even care? I waited in the drive thru 15 minutes at least while the employees work in one speed: slow. There seems to be a lack of management or proper supervision here. It’s like there is no proper training. Employees seemed confused and it was chaos. Please send someone to work in this location who can get both the service and food back to what it should be.

Can I put NO STARS? I just went in to the tarboro mcdonalds this afternoon at 5:15 pm on 6-21-17. Eight of your employees were standing around in a huddle—then a young man came to the register. No eye contact, no may I help you?- nothing. I ordered a soda and asked for the free sundae as advertised on the mcdonalds website to promote the first day of summer. The employee asked the manager, who knew nothing about it. He was not at all friendly. I asked who the owner was and he pointed to Barry Trask BHT’s picture on the wall. Then I said I was going to contact BHT. The manager wrote the phone number down, but I did not take it. This is not the first time this has happened. Second shift is pitiful! First shift is friendly and cooperative. You have a nice building, BHT. Too bad your employees don’t have any professionalism! Your business is only as good as your employees.

They don’t care about customer service went to McDonald’s on Western boulevard beside Exxon I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget they never asked me about my type of sauce I asked for a hot Moco they gave me a hot chocolate overcharged they don’t hire people that will work McDonald’s BHT to come to that owns them should be shut down and we open under New Management I would not be going back there my family my friends even my coworkers but not go back there McDonald’s in general and Rocky Mount North Carolina have lazy non-working people I did complete application and denied me so I work for Burger King
