If I wasn’t traveling with a 10yr. old I would not have stopped at any Chick-fil-A much less this location, (Ocala, FL.) This location is way too busy to stop for food that is over priced and not prepared any different to make it taste anything special. I give much credit to the chain for marketing their products as quality food when it is just really fast food. (Purchased for 2 people: 12 piece nuggets, french fries, drink and 12 piece grilled nuggets)

We are huge fans of Chick-fil-A, but this experience was a bit rough. The food was great, the employees were doing their best, but the layout of the restaurant just made it next to impossible to have a good experience. No condiment table, and the line was hugely long.

Logan went above and beyond to make sure my family had a great experience at Chick-fil-A! He has amazing people skills and definitely made us feel so welcome!! We stopped by for a late dinner and my fault on ordering the cool wraps for my parents as they couldn’t handle cold food for their stomachs. Logan helped me to replace the wraps with the sandwiches with his manager. And he made sure that they liked the sandwiches. Chick-fli-A standards is to another level now!

This design inside is terrible. Congested no dine in ordering. Have to wait in line to order from someone with a tablet then wait on line to receive your order. Even with the app it is terrible. Needs to be remodeled. Very unlike a Chick-fil-A, total chaos inside and in the drive thru.

Sucks when your beside 2 cars and there gone and your still in line. Left side moved 2,3 even 4 cars to right side. Understand raining outside workers move in, but alternate so vats van move evenly. They also now cut both sides of dressing and mine was opened had to go back. All because people cant open dressing. Cut a small slit on a side they should be able to tear from there, not both sides to almost ctr.

Due to health concerns I ordered a chicken sandwich with a whole wheat bun. My order comes up and I grabbed my bag I look in it they put a piece of chicken in a cup with a bun in a wrapper no butter no pickles. I don’t work for Chick-fil-A, I’m not trying to make my own sandwich. I made the kid take it back and give me a regular sandwich. I’ve eaten at Chick-fil-A many times and at many different locations, and I’ve never went to any fast food restaurant where I was expected to make my own sandwich. Disappointing.

We stopped in for the drive thru. Wow, I have never seen a place so packed out for supper. The parking lot was 90% full and the line to the drive thru went around the entire property. The food was yummy!! No wonder it was packed.
