After waiting an hour for our pizza and wings my friend calls and was told they gave it to someone else. Now that’s how you not only lose one customer but also the other four people who are definitely going to tell everyone they know about how ridiculous an experience this has been for all of us. Then they call back and ask if we wanted them to remake it and pay full price. Here’s our advice. Sell your pizza shop, anyone can do better than you.

Today, 2/24/23, I was forced to keep a pizza that I was disappointed with. Chloe treated me very badly over the phone. She complained that I kept her on the phone for 6 minutes, argued with me and refused to replace my untouched pizza that I would’ve gladly brought back.

CHLOE the “manager” is a despicable, rude and nasty person. Anytime we’ve ever received a pizza of bad quality, we’ve taken it back and got a replacement. It’s not MY PROBLEM that you “used ingredients” to make this terrible, cold pizza ma’am (mind you, we only live 5 minutes away) she refused to fix the issue and hung the phone up. If there was a zero I would put just that . This store have the worst customer service ever. I made a order online . With a honest mistake made it gave me a papadia and a chocolate chip cookie. So I show up to the store to pickup my food to get there to be told here us your order a papadia and chocolate chip cookie . I immediately told the young lady it was a mistake. Can they make me a pizza instead of the papadia she told me no because my inventory would be off . At that point I told her that’s not how you do a paying customer . I’m only trying to feed my disable kid and all because of this I couldn’t because it takes 3-5 business days to get my money back . I swear this is so not fair as a paying customer .
