This was our first time here and we compare it to one of our favorite chop houses in Florida. The portions were perfect-honestly, it was too much food for me! Their drinks were so yummy and flavorful. The service was impeccable and I thoroughly enjoyed my gnocchi, chicken and Alfredo sauce (it was a special). I’d highly recommend a visit here for a nice, delicious dinner!

Great food great services in the atmosphere is awesome. The owners always come to your table shows gratitude of you to be there. They always come to you and not push you on pay and leave. They don’t rush you. They are great.. the waiting on the food is average of any other restaurant, but I feel that it was faster than any other restaurant. The quality is tremendous..

Very much enjoyed our dinner. It is fall but luckily warm enough for the outdoor seating to be open. A reservation would be wise as this place was pretty busy when we showed up at 5:30. The service was good, the fries were honestly the highlight of our meal. We got a chicken milanase and chicken franchise, which were both good. I will definitely go back but might try a different meal next time.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant and the drinks were great but the food was not that good at all. Very disappointing. I thought with this be privately owned like latitude, in West Springfield. It would be amazing but it comes nowhere close. The salmon dish was a huge chunk of salmon felt like they were throwing leftovers on me, barely cooked correctly a little bit of risotto underneath it with no vegetables. I got the fried brussels sprouts and I had to send them back because they were full of grease drenched. No crunch to them at all. Wanted a small side salad could not even get that had to buy a large one. I will not be returning unless it’s just for a 5 o’clock cocktail hour.

Gave me someone else’s plate and took it away. Waited an hour to be served. I asked for my steak to be well done and it was red. Shrimp was dry and the beer wasn’t cold. Food is overpriced. They give you a lot of pasta which doesn’t cost them much.

07/11/2023..We reserved a table, when we came in we wasn’t seated, the man just pointed direction where we can go and pick our table. The chef is terrible… it took him more than an hour to cook the food on Tuesday, he forgot to add sides and extras, when food was served mistakes was pointed right away and we were promised to fix it right away, however after 10 mins waitress went back and said that by chef response was that mushrooms are in the dish and if we want extra mushrooms we need to pay for it… she had to take a dish away to proof the chef that he made a mistake and did not add mushrooms on the plate. Endless to say that we could not eat that food after that, it was super unprofessional and embarrassing. If chef is so sure he should come over to customers, not us providing him that he can’t cook timely and as asked. We feel bad for waitress, she was nice and tried her best but it felt like she is emotionally abused by chef and manager of this restaurant so she could not react correctly between us. Cocktails are not great as well by taste but decorated good. The prices are higher than average and you would expect good service and food but it is not the case.

Food was ok but nothing special. It was Mother’s Day and it was busy the only thing I wish I did was ask for a new waitress immediately. Our waitress was abrupt the second she came to our table. Towards the end she was trying to make up for it as you clearly could see that she realized she ruined her tip. I would honestly never go back. Unpleasant experience

Last week on May 4th decided to check this restaurant out with my man,and I must say i was very impressed by the whole experience. First of all the folks that greet you and sit u down the lady sorry didn’t ask her name but she was so inviting and warm made the first 2 minutes very pleasant. The water young man was very polite and Attentive . The food was great the drinks were better lol. Can’t wait for my next Cima trip.. You must go!!
