not the best angle but the chocolate frosting on the donut was put on sparingly and wasn’t enough to enjoy since the dough to frosting ratio was lower than shaq’s free throw percentage smh. on top of that, the donuts were also put in the bag upside down. I love dunkin, but this is sad!!! do better 🙁

Great customer service! I recently purchased a dozen donuts and found out there was a issue with them. I went back to talk about it and the manager promptly apologized and processed a refund saying he will investigate the issue right away. They handled the situation with professionalism and made me appreciated with their willingness to make things right.

Upon entering it smelled like turpentine. After eating first donut I realized donut had a turpentine taste/smell too. With no one inside and only a car in the drive through it took 4 minutes for one of at least two workers to address me as a customer. While waiting, no good morning or how are you, just what can I get for you. Doesn’t seem like a friendly atmosphere at all. With many other places around that serve donuts I will not return.

Every time I come and get donuts they only have a few a none varieties, either in the morning or afternoon…. also the people that works here are not train to be kind or a leats say good morning /afternoon or just a thank you! Very disappointing of their service.

Ordered a dozen donuts in the app, paid, and get to the window only to be told that they don’t have a single type that we ordered. What are in-app location services for if they don’t accurately reflect the store’s inventory? Employees were extremely curt, as if we were at fault, and did not apologize for the hassle/inconvenience. I never expect a royal treatment at fast food establishments but this experience was especially irritating. Train your staff to have a better attitude. Hard pass on this location from now on.

I really avoid giving bad reviews. AVOID THE TACOS. This location is so poor it earned one star. We spent $50 on donuts and it was painful. The staff and manager seemed to careless. Music loud, hard to hear. Lots of folks standing around including the manager. No courtesy for out business. The $3 tacos are an absolute highway robbery!!!!!! Tiny, like one bite of food. Will not be back.

These guys simply do not care. They steal from the people by not making the drinks properly. I used to be a regular customer almost everyday, and lately noticed they weren’t adding the espresso to my coffee like they used to. I also noticed the turn over rate is high, they keep losing their staff, and hiring new people.

Surprisingly, the staff wasn’t that bad, but they did something weird with the hot coffee. Looks like it was almost out. Poured about 1/3 in my cup and started a new brew and poured it directly into the same cup. The coffee was gross and way too strong. I drove about 18 minutes just to get my favorite coffee and it was a waste of almost an hour. That’s not how that experience should be. Train your people. They all look completely lost. Obviously I won’t go back to this location.
