McDonald’s in Bethel Park are owned by the Rice Family. These locations years ago were run strict efficiency with well trained employees who were respectful of the customer’s. Now the employees including management are rude sarcastic don’t pay attention to the details of order and efficiency of putting the complete order together in a timely manner! They shut the window while trying to communicate with them. They are so bothered by customer’s! The attitudes they give are unbelievable when a customer asks for a correct complete order! They gather around the window to intimate the customer who is asking for a correction or completion of the order they placed! Obviously I’m not the only person that has experienced this as the local McDonald’s are nowhere near as busy as they used to be.
