We were craving southwestern food on our way back from a trip to upstate NY. Good little place in Lee. Unassuming, few seats, very cute place with a California surfing theme. The food was was pretty good. We did not know what to expect. You probably won’t be disappointed if you choose this little restaurant when you are in the area. Service was good, food came out very quickly, however the server was not familiar with the available beers.

Had the pleasure of dining at this quaint restaurant that you almost miss while driving by but SO GLAD we didn’t! The food was AMAZING,( highly recommend the Malibu enchiladas!) And our waitress was delightful and so friendly and engaging! We will definitely return every time we come back to the Berkshires!!!!!

Quick, friendly service, great prices and excellent, fresh tasting food. Nothing overly fancy. Just great food prepared fairly straightforwardly that is excellent. Portion sizes are generous. Salsa is excellent, sweet and slightly smoky at the same time. Mango margarita that someone in our party had was phenomenal. Inside, restaurant is very clean with only a few tables, and some seating outside. They do a bit of take out here.

Best guacamole and beans you will ever have! I am rather picky when it comes to southwest style food. Sometimes it can come across too vinegary if not made fresh but not here. Here everything is fresh! The guacamole has a light and airy texture I’ve never experienced anywhere else. You will not be disappointed whether you are staying in Lee or just driving through to your next destination. It is worth a stop!

We had a great meal at Baja Charlie’s with our two kids. Number one: most importantly, the food was delicious and exactly what we were looking for after a day of skiing at Butternut. Number two: the decor was fun and inviting. Number three: this is a family owned and run business and we enjoyed talking to them about their time catering music events and artists on the west coast before moving back to New England. Highly recommended.
