I’m so stupid to go here again. I thought after the fire and the building being renovated it might have changed. I ordered happy meals for 3 kids. And they would not eat the fries the nuggets were hard but they ate 4 out of 12 nuggets. I just can’t believe I even asked the cashier who was very nice please let me have sone fresh fries cause last time they’re where so hard the kids won’t eat them. These are like eating Doritos. They where that hard and it’s the 2nd visit with the same issue. I worked in fast food when I was a teenager. And it seems like they refry them after it sat. Because the color is supposed to be golden not brown.

This McDonald’s was better before it burned down tbh. I’ve been here a few times since they reopened and my order is always wrong or something is missing from the order. Ordered a Steak Egg and cheese McMuffin, got a Steak egg and cheese bagel. On another day I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, got a regular chicken sandwich.

Don’t order and have someone else pick up. They can’t pick up and you have to reorder. And it takes 10-12 days to get your money back from the first order according to their manager. Literally awful. I hope when my son gets home our order is correct. I highly doubt it though

Employee lied about being in management and tried to refuse a valid survey coupon. Quarter Pounder beef patty is old and not freshly made. I do not recommend going there and be given hard times about it. Another location in Springfield thanked you for completing the survey. This Location is also very difficult to get to.

We come to this McDonald’s periodically and if we ever go in as opposed to the drive-through, it is a long weight. There was only one person taking orders. Today there were approximately 10 people waiting and no one got anything for 15 minutes. When somebody inquired about it they were rude. I understand you cater to drive through, but it’s unacceptable. This has been like this the last three times I went. I don’t know if you changed managers or not but she really should do something. There were literally customers talking about how bad the service was
