Really wants some Chinese food today so I found the closest Panda Express to go. Nice and clean environment, have outside eating area. However, the lady helped me does not have friendly customer service and when I looked at my food portion it was less than usual. I get teriyaki chicken for one of my entree but the lady didn’t even offer me any sauce. I had to went back in line and ask for sauce. Not sure if I will go back again.

Good hot food. The portions have gotten smaller they used to pack the containers and squeeze the container closed. Now they loosely fill the box. Also, getting the two entree meals. The spoon scoops are smaller. Cost the same for smaller amounts. The spicy Shrimp is yummy

The food was so dry and terrible. I couldn’t eat mine. I got a piece of Teriyaki chicken that was literally like jerky. It was so stringy and dry I couldn’t swallow it. The cashier was rude to us. Overall I can’t see going back. It’s a shame because Panda Express used to be delicious. $21 dollars down the drain on food I didn’t eat.

This Panda Express is clean and very well managed. There is always adequate staff and they’re all hard working. The prices are great! Consider this; two, fresh and hot two-entree meals with combination Chow mein and fried rice with four crispy egg rolls for about $25. You would pay almost twice that anywhere else. Love this place. The staff are kind and professional and customers are so considerate. I’ve had the door opened for me on several occasions out of simple courtesy of others. Congratulations to the Panda Express team!

I came in the night before and got burnt chicken. Brought my food back and asked for a refund. Cashier said his manager just left, I said cool I’ll come back tomorrow.I left them my name and number the night before and they didn’t contact me so I went in today only to be told they can’t refund me because I don’t have my receipt. I do not have a copy either because I told the cashier I did not need it. Guess I was wrong, but I’d still like my money back, and they didn’t even try reaching out to me the best day. I’m very unpleased

Average food. Bathrooms require a code. They don’t offer any sort of plastic knife to cut a large chicken pieces for little children . Employees aren’t the friendliest and don’t seem to enjoy their job. I wouldn’t necessarily blame just this location. Most of the Panda Express locations that I have been to I’ve had a similar experience. It seems like a lot of their issues are corporate mentality related.
