Ordered 2 pizzas about an hour ago, one didn’t heat up properly. Requested the guys to heat it up again, they put that eaten pizza back in the oven. Part of it fell off in the oven while giving it back to me so they gave me whatever was left. I requested them to replace it and they said they can’t. I requested refund, they refused.

The person taking the order was super rude, my pizza was burnt and the person didn’t even pay attention to it. The pizzas were labeled wrong and when I informed the guy he swapped the labels while touching the pizza with bare hands. Never going to eat here again.

I asked the employee who had glasses and dark hair and spoke in a nasaly voice if I could have a small cup of water. I thought it was a simple request. He proceeded to fill me a cup and before he handed it to me said, “do you know they’re are water fountains with free water EVEYWHERE! ALL AROUND!” And then handed me the water cup. I was so upset but said thank you and went on my way. I work in customer service and if I ever spoke to a customer in that fashion I would be out of a job. I would never go back there for food or anything else.

Foods ok, and were I ate at Sbaro’s some worker was giving parenting advice to my dad and then said “Did you know that a study shows that kids who grow up in a household with both parents have better behavior and do better in life” and my dad is a single dad, so basicly foods not very good and rude employee so I won’t be going back there any time soon
