I went there today and had a bad experience I’ll not be returning. Women that checked me out made me feel like i was a liar. I had ordered two $5 deals and didn’t get the biscuits, I didn’t realize till I got up to order ochra to go and re read the deal.

I have got to say I have given this location many multiple tries, and every time I go –IM disappointed . Not only in the food, but the service as well. Tonight when we drove up to place our order, we were told only white meat was available. At 5 o’clock rush hour, really, and they were out of thighs. Every time i go there , there is a problem , last time I ordered a few weeks ago the rice wasn’t even edible, cold potatoes and hard dried chicken. This one fails to live up to the mark on every level. When biting into fresh fried chicken, I expect a nice crunch and a burst of flavor, but what I’ve gotten on more than one occasion is a hard, dried out chicken. So after this last trip, we drove 20 miles to the competitor, where the food was right on.

What a big surprise!!….yesterday, I wrote a bad review for the Church’s in Willis, Tx telling how everytime I go there, they never get the order right, how the chicken is dried out, the mashed potatoes are cold and watery, the biscuits look like some has already taken a bite out of them…..today, I get an email saying I have a message from Church’s….I try to open it…and what do you know!…it doesn’t work either!!..it won’t open…can this company do anything Right? From the website to the drive thru, they are a constant disappointment!!

Ordered a family meal to take home. Godawful, overcooked, dried out, leftover chicken and stale biscuits, a total waste of money. Tossed most of it. Never again will I stop here. Will drive the extra distance back to the freeway for Popeye’s.

I went this evening to grab the 8 piece chicken through the drive in ,I was asked spicy or regular ,I said half n half they informed they only had regular so take that as if they were not cooking spicy because it was an inconvenience. Unfortunately I had to take what they offered I had to get food for the night .I will not return !!!!

I like church’s but this location seems to struggle with quality & consistency of the dozen or so times I have tried it I can say only a couple have been really good, not sure why but if it would improve a little I would definitely Stop in more often

I stop yesterday for the Five dollar deal . I order the chicken tenders they were dry and salty the bombers peppers was old . This was my third time giving them a try Everytime has been a FAIL ! The drink was even bad . Got home and to the trash it went . Save your money and don’t stop there .
