This place is starting to grow on me. I’ve been here twice and have gotten very good quality sandwiches each time. I especially enjoy their signature, Planet Sub sandwich; an excellent blend of meats and cheeses that makes for a very savory meal. Will probably stop by again before week’s end for dinner yet again

I have heard nixed reviews about this restaurant. I will say that the food is decent but very dry. I understand they have condiments to put on the sub but this made little difference to the taste. I got the steak and cheese,it was very dry. I probably won’t return to try out other items. Good customer service and decently priced but the quality of food was lacking.

I did a pick up order so I’m not sure how service is when you eat there but the service I got was over the top. I ordered over the phone and they answered all my questions and were patient with me when I wasn’t sure. Even when I called them three different times to change it due to having people add to the order. It is like they have posted they are fresh and handmade for each order as long as you call or order ahead you can expect them to be quick when you come to pick it up. It’s been a long time since I have been to a planet sub and I forgot how good there sandwiches are. They also can make any of there sandwiches into a lettuce wrap. I need to pay attention to there daily specials and go by for one there deals.

Great food, horrible customer service. Ordered 2 sandwiches they were BBQ, we decided to put cheese on them. You would think that when paying 15$ just for the sandwich they would put it on….. nope just a cute note saying I didn’t do it right on the app. Well that’s fine you lost my business. No I wasn’t expecting something free I did put the other add on correct. If you want a good sub go to Firehouse Subs.
