It’s Friday after work, I’m hungry, I’m tired & didn’t feel like cooking dinner. I thought I’ll just jump off the Hwy grab some chicken & head home. I spent over thirty dollars & I expected good chicken, but instead I received chicken that must have been left over from lunch. It was dry, burnt & hard. Disgusting! Thirty dollars for this! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!

It’s been years since I went to a KFC due to poor service and food. I heard about the 2 wraps for $5 and decided to try. The wraps are 1 small chicken strip 2 pickles and some mayonnaise wrapped in a 6 inch tortilla. As if that’s not bad enough this store specifically. I could not understand the drive thru lady, she was rude at the window and told me they don’t have honey mustard even after I pointed at it. This was the last straw for me. I will never go to another KFC. Food and service at any other chicken place is better.

Boy has the Colonel gone down hill. Overpriced chicken that was awful. Out of dipping sauces and no butter or honey packets. I ordered a 20 piece chicken and was told there wasn’t enough to fill my order so they substituted the missing pieces with 2 overcooked chicken thighs. I’m not bashing this particular restaurant because over the past 3 years every KFC I have visited from California to Florida have been just as bad. Time to retire the 11 herbs and spices Colonel Sanders. Let Raising Canes, Popeye’s or chick filet serve chicken!

This KFC just lost a regular customer. The boy at the drive thru, claiming to be a manager, which I highly doubt, should not be working in customer service. It definitely explains why they are never very busy and there was only one car in the parking lot. I for one will not be back.

The Union location was very unprofessional and rude today. I’ll drive across Tulsa to another KFC before I return to this 1. We spent nearly $60 for lunch, weren’t taking our time ordering, we knew what we wanted. Only thing I was asking others in the vehicle is what they wanted for their drink. If I’m spending $15 a person for lunch, you can wait a second for everyone to tell me what they wanted to drink. We were polite saying please and thank you while we were ordering, and she had the nerve to say “I hate these kind of people” over the speaker! Then after we got home and looked at our order, she filled our bag with wadded up napkins! Don’t be fooled by her southern hospitality and calling you sweetheart and honey, she made it clear she hates her job! They are fortunate that I did not have time to go back and complain in person!!! You lost a customer!
