Waited 30 minutes to get my order from the time I pulled into the drive thru to when the food was in my hands. It was about 3pm on a Saturday and I don’t know if they’re short staffed or what but that’s ridiculous. I ordered a 24 pack of cheeseburgers for my family and a small fry for me since I can’t eat the burgers. After that long of a wait and my fries were barely warm. The lady apologized but waiting 30 minutes for $30 worth of kinda warm food is disappointing. They are basically a sister company to White Castle with a more menu options from what I’ve heard. They have a lot of yummy looking things but I’m not sure I want to try them. I tried the grits bowl with sausage and it was like a bowl of grease. I could barely eat it. I was pretty excited about it too. I may give them one more chance but I’m not sure. My hubby seems to likes their burgers though.

I would put no stars! The food was old and nasty!! The cheese wasn’t even melted on the Krystal’s and fries so hard and crunchy can’t believe they would even serve that. If you won’t eat it why serve it to other people. GROSS

If I could give no stars I would!!!! I got 3 large breakfasts this morning. All 3 bacon and gravy were burnt. My white gravy looked like brown gravy. My eggs were fried instead of sunny side up. My fiance were underdone and slimy. Our eggs had eggshells. My grits were raw for the 2nd time. They gave us crumpled napkins in our bag and no receipt. I tried to call up there but it’s a recording to leave feedback online or info to be hired then it hangs up on you. There are so many things wrong with this place!!!!!!!

Haven’t ate here in years but the last time we ordered Krystal burgers w/out onion & they actually tried removing the onions so Rex wouldn’t eat them because of the onion so we haven’t been back. Not sure if this happens regular or if they were just having a bad day with new employees.

I work here for one day and never went back. Yes, it’s that bad. The staff is horrible and unprofessional, they made me go get more vape fuel for them on my first break. I was the only one closing and the manager wouldn’t let me leave when my shift was over after I cleaned and took out the trash like he asked while he was on his headset talking to people on discord. You’re lucky your mom is the main manager otherwise I don’t see how you became one in night crew. The kitchen was disgusting, nothing is clear or clean on the tables and the tools are rarely washed. I’m amazed how bad they leave it like that. I wouldn’t want to eat there now that I know how the food is prepared. On top of that, I never got paid what they owed me. DON’T apply there for even part time. Go to dunken instead.

Food was good, but the store needs some major rentavation. Carpet is old and worn out, ceiling tiles need cleaning. Lots of black stuff on them, floor tiles were busted and peices missing. This will be the last time my wife and myself will be back there

I usually have a bad experience at this location and have no idea why I keep stopping but I’m happy I did this time, apparently there is a new gm and she’s doing the damn thing. Brenda is awesome and very sweet. A complete night and day difference! I see people wearing gloves and never have I been talked to so polite and sweet at this location. Since Brenda deleted the bad egg, I deleted my bad review and replaced it with this one. 100000 ⭐️

The food was sloppy, the burgers were dried out, the corn pups were not crunchy on the outside & the tots were overcooked. It was terrible! This was my second visit in the last couple of months and it was not edible either time. I have no desire to eat here again.

Only person in drive thru, took a short bit to order, waited about 20min to get order, wanted to try the junkyard tots, but only getting a couple splinters of bacon with 4or5 sprinkles of cheese, and chili that looked more like they shook the spoon off on it

Ordered on the app, got confirmation that order was ready, go to pickup and am met with a clueless RUDE employee. No uniform, no name tag, no hat,just a BIG attitude!!! Asked about a refund again she plays dumb doesn’t know contact information for her employers! The employee working front counter on 5/24/23 is an ABSOLUTE waste of Krystal’s resources and definitely bad for business!!!!
