The food is ok. The Chimis are good, but I’m a Dominican from Washington heights and the authenticity slacks, crazy. The Quiepes are not it the pastelitos (empanadas) are not hitting. Probably my first and last ordering. 2 stars are stretching it. I would cook next time just to sum up the review

The place has great catering choices and pickup/delivery. But to dine in has two tables… the food takes a while to come out. The girls that work there have the worst costumer service they dont bother to say hello or bring the food to the table. You have to go pick it up at the counter. Have to admit the food is good but high on salt.

If you’re planning on ordering food from here, you’re 100% better off going next door to Tropical Market II. I ordered the personal platter #2 and it was basically inedible. The steak was beyond well done; impossible to eat. The maduros were not ripe. The tostones were cold and stale. The arroz con gandules had celery and didn’t taste like anything but that. Bland, cold, overpriced food. And the service, equally as disappointing. Don’t be fooled by their instagram; the pictures do not accurately depict the actual food.

I was charged $14 for a plate of food poisoning. Don’t eat here if I wanted to get sick for $14 I would have ate Taco Bell and got way more food than what these people charge for.

Worst place for dominican chimis and bandejas. They charged me $ 70 for 3 chimis and a 35 dollar bandeja. I was ripped off. The food was horrible. It didn’t look nothing like in their Instagram. They also messed up my order. I will never buy from them again. What a waste of money and time….

I can’t believe how abusive people can be..! I placed an order of two breakfast sandwiches and two OJ and this cat wanted to charge me 30.00 are you mad..!! I’m a truck driver delivering goods to your town.. I will never call your place again..!! I placed the same order somewhere else with coffee 17.00 and with delivery..!!

Over priced, yeah food quality when up a bit. They’re very inconsistent with the food you order. Also I just ordered something from there which in the deli next to them it would be 10 dollars I was charged 50 dollars.
