Stimulus package. Went with the tri-tip, pesto pasta and Ceaser salad. Pretty good!

Comfortable fast-casual with partial table service makes for a nice evening out while maintaining lower overall cost and convenience for families. We had tri-tip and pizza, and both were delicious. Definitely coming back regularly.

Wow! This place was great ! The pricing was good and the portions large. Everything can pretty much be ordered family style. Get your own silverware and drinks while you wait for your food to be brought to you after your order has been placed at the front. You get one of those beeper things to leave on your table. Great place for family and friends alike to enjoy a good meal. Beer and wine available. Large seat yourself area with both indoor and outdoor seating with tables and booths alike. A must try.

From how this looks online I was a little confused as I walked in and realized this was a counter service restaurant. Staff and service was excellent and very friendly. We are a family of 4 and all of us thought our food was decent but average. We got pasta, pizza ,ribs and tips.

Good food good price for a midrange restaurant. Good location with lots of parking spaces. Customers will need to order their food at the front counter and food will be delivered. Pay first eat later. The restaurant have a self-service area for customers to get all their utensils, condiments, and drinks. You can also call the waiter/waitress for other needs as well.

I haven’t been to Stonefire Grill in years and doubt I’ll ever go again after tonight’s experience.

Ordered Postmates from this location. Ordered tri-tip, mesquite BBQ meatballs, and garlic mashed potatoes. Tri-tip had the silverskin still attached which was enough to make me lose my appetite by itself. Guessing this is how they always serve it and nobody complains. Also, I ordered it medium rare but what I got appeared to be closer to medium well. The steak had next to no flavor, tough and completely bland. The sauce on the bbq meatballs was good, but the inside was again bland and very dry. They were at least edible unlike the steak. Mashed potatoes were edible also but standard bottom of the barrel quality stuff with chunks of undercooked potato in there. Amazed at how great the reviews for this place seem to be. My experience was anything but, and all at the price of what could have been a proper meal at many other Irvine area restaurants.
