Cooked to perfection!!! We don’t order pizza very often & results very. This location is further from our home. We got pizza & two different breads. The cook on all three was text book perfection! Definitely worth driving a few more miles! Thank you to Kat aka Katelyn & Staff’s impeccable job & customer service I hope you look into training at other locations. I placed a order tonight..and was totally disappointed..the delivery guy just threw my pizzas on my porch n walked away..i did not ask for contactless delivery as I always tip in cash..so delivery guy missed out on his tip..they were barely warm, like they were sitting under a heat lamp awhile..my 6 year old wouldnt even eat it and that’s says alot…took over a hour to even get here which would of been ok if they were hot..ordering pizza is expensive..I expect it to be better then what I’d get from a school cafeteria..

When I order pizza from HH I ALWAYS request extra cheese. It’s NEVER on there. Sometimes I call there (after ordering online) just to make sure they put the extra cheese on there and I hear the irritation. I’m not trying to be irritating. That’s an extra item that I pay for, it’s not free. When the extra cheese is not in there sometime I call and sometimes I don’t. I also ordered a chef salad, mostly got brown lettuce with very light toppings. It was disappointing. If you’re not going to take the time to get the order right or you simply don’t care don’t show up for work.

I want to start off by saying I’m the biggest Hungry Howies fan. One thing about Hungry Howies is that you can count on inconsistencies from just about all of their franchises. After 2 visits to the same location, you can count on the third visit from that particular location to be a waste of money. That happened to me at this particular H H in westland.

This location was very rude and their customer service was very bad! They messed up on my pizza and didn’t want to give me a refund. The male manager said they remade my pizza for me but I never told him to remake it or that I was picking it up. I told him I was going to pick up my refund, and he said it would be under my number whenever I do come in. He started to get an attitude with me. He wasn’t trying to resolve the issue or make the customer happy. I wasted $40 at this hungry Howie’s, I will never recommend this location ever!!! They don’t even deserve that one star!!!
