They don’t follow instructions. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and called to make sure they added it, and even double checked when picking up and the man ensure me “yes it does”. Get the pizza home and no extra sauce. Just frustrating. Just order somewhere else where they pay attention and listen

Delivery arrived cold 45 minutes after the original delivery window (an hour and a half after the order was placed), and then only because I called the store to complain. Manager lied to me and said the driver was already on his way, but my hotel was only a three minute drive away and he did not leave until after I called. Clearly they are trying to avoid making multiple delivery trips by waiting until the last possible second to deliver orders.
