Wasted trip into town. Rude teenager/young adults, who honestly do not need to have a customer service job because of their attitude. When you have to repeat yourself 4x, and they still get your order wrong…yeah I won’t be going back. On top of that, the sweet and sour sauce cups were not even HALF full. Really sad, because they were on point when they 1st opened.

We went in to order our food tonight at 8:30. Lobby closes at 9:30 drive thru at 10. They were out of almost everything and everything we had planned in our app to order. They had already cleaned the grill at 8:30 so they couldn’t make any more food. Options are posted in photos. The drive thru worker was rude and managers apperently had no idea how this location “runs” abused to me.

Every time I come here I never get a receipt, never get the right food, and I’ve had one person in the drive through be in something other than a terrible attitude. Takes forever to get something rectified and even then it feels like a waste of time. Great job guys.

Good food friendly staff. The other customers let us jump to the front of the line due to we had not eaten that day due to people calling 911 due to power being out across east Texas.

UPDATE: Food today was very fresh. The Shrimp was cooked perfectly and the staff had great smiles!

I enjoy the 2 entree plate. Orange chicken is allot like sweet and sour chicken. I order that because they do not have sweet and sour chicken.

I ordered the larger, 3 item plate to go, with the original orange chicken, walnut shrimp (paid an extra 1.2t for that) and the new almond chicken. The almond chicken is the black, tarry substance that is not edible.

Customer Service great! Food: Entrée small compared to amount of rice. Broccoli tough – please cook to more tender/crisp than raw/crisp. Meat delicious, just wanted a bit more.

Tonight at 730 no chow mein ready the word is 20 minutes wait for chow mein. I ask why is it going to be 20 minutes for chow mein? “Because there is stuff in front of it” the person said. This place has been out of multiple items every single time. Any wonder no one is coming back. The chow mein is a main staple.. what a joke, get a new manager or something..
